is it the "curable pain relief" app from curable inc?
Yes that's it. You can try it for free, for a week or so l, but I decided to go for a 1 year membership.
I believe I discovered it, about half a year ago, researching ( so called ) 'chronic pain', after having read a book called "Healing Back Pain".
Honestly, I know very well that part (if not all ) of the issues I'm facing over the years are related to trauma, I know it because I've also experienced several times in my life that when I felt happy, I didn't even need to do any effort to loose weight, just an example. So even decades ago, it was crystal clear to me that stress/trauma builds up and blocks things.
I've been doing much better with my back since I quit the tramadol a week ago, I was not aiming to take pills for the blood pressure forever either, instead I'm focussed on a healthier diet and exercising more. My boyfriend also had a period of blood pressure meds and he was also able to tamper them off by himself, I hope I can say the same later this year :) the sooner the better!
I'm constantly monitoring what I do and what effect it has and writing down symptoms so I have a clear image and stuff to compare ..
Thanks for the tip, will check the app later, wanted to make sure I was about to download the right one first!
