Yeah, so I discovered a pot of Spirulina (well, discovered I bought it myself to add to smoothies but haven't done so as I needed to read up on it first) and it says high in protein. I will now start reading into it in the next day as it may help me to add a variety of protein .. today the scale said it was even lower so I'm really keen to find out if this changes with some adjustments may it be in the form of actual food and some powder if needed.
Today is the first day I haven't done it in the morning but I'm trying to catch up on some stuff and will probably end up doing it in the evening today. But first I have to see the cardiologist tonight.
Tell me about it, I can't wait until the avocados are ripe so we can have such a sandwich in the next days.. already looking forward to that!
