I had a similar BP yesterday morning, I hasn't been above 140 since 4 days ago. In fact, I'm in or below the 120's now every time. I measure it several times, waking up, a few hours after my meds, before and after walk etc :) As I like data..

A treadmill will arrive this week, which will help when I don't feel like walking outside some days, but I've been enjoying it a lot actually. Yesterday we did some exercises on the outdoor gym as well.
