Bloodlust is a unique ability which was only given for the gladiator cards. But since the chaos legion edition, bloodlust is also given to certain monsters to make the game even more interesting.
Monster with bloodlust will get +1 stats addition (attack, speed, health, even armor if they started with one of it). This makes monster with bloodlust ability have the potential to grow into stronger as they eliminating the enemies. Monster with healing can have higher health and more regen, monster with armor can be hard to beat on physical battle with the armor that keep regain, and not mentioning the high speed which makes them hard to touch ! This ability can be a game changing that can makes a monster into unstoppable !

Reborn Ruleset, and Why It's Give Benefit for Bloodlust Monsters

Reborn ruleset is allowing all monster to have get back on the battlefield once they got eliminated, with just 1 health point and full armor (if they have armor).

So, we already know that monsters with bloodlust will gain stats addition after eliminating, and the great about it is, it can trigger as much as the enemies reborn ! So, on normal ruleset without the reborn, you can only eliminating 6 monsters without revive ability, but on reborn ruleset, you can trigger up to 12 !
One thing that makes it even more possible to trigger the bloodlust is the fact that monster that got revived only back with 1 health point ! Okay there is armor, but for magician, it doesn't matter except when they have the void shield ! So, for magician this is a brilliance chance to trigger as much bloodlust as possbile !

Arganux Magus One of Those Monster with Bloodlust Ability

Argarux Magus is one of Rebellion Monster that is given the bloodlust ability. He got the bloodlust once he reach 4th level. WIth just 3 mana cost and despite the low stats, he could be very scary if the bloodlust got triggered right. He got the scattershot which makes the luck is playing a role on the match, but is a perfect against taunt monsters. He could luckily attack those weak support or hitter on the back with his magic damage.

Ruleset and formation:

So, we got 27 mana caps here, which makes little monsters have more chance to show ups, especially with the lost legendary ruleset. And of cource we got the reborn ruleset cause it's the topic today. We also have 4 splinter available out of 6, with death and dragon element are locked and unable to play.

How the Battle Goes

No one is eliminated at 1st round as both team are sharing damage.

On 2nd round, both team sharing damage again, and yet no one is eliminated.

Now on 3rd round, both tank is eliminated once, and luckily it was by Arganux Magus on my team ! It is an important first step because now he got his damage doubled from 1 into 2 magic damage !

Both team lose the tank on 4th round. Once again, I found my luck with Arganux Magus once again got thhe damage right to the tank with low health point after the reborn. My rat already eliminated once here.

On 5th round, the rat done his jov with 2 martyr effect to the pelacor bandit which makes him even harder to touch wiith 9 speed, plus 5 melee damage to eliminate the enemies.

On 6th round, enemies front monster is eliminated, and Arganux Magus got another bloodlust !

More bloodlust for Arganux Magus on 7th round !

Now my enemies lose his last melee monsters at 8th round, which left him with just range monsters. Meanwhile, Arganux Magus trigger another bloodlust this round !

Another Bloodlust to makes him have 7 magic damage. High enough to 1 hit enemies.

Finally, last monster is eliminated ! See how high the stats of my 3 mana cost monster with the effect of bloodlust !

Conclussion

Once eliminating enemies, monster with bloodlust will get +1 stats addition which makes them have the potential to grow stronger as they eliminating the enemies. On reborn ruleset, every enemies can back into the battle field once they got eliminated, with just 1 health point but full armor. This giving chance for monster with bloodlust ability to trigger more bloodlust on the match, especially for those with magic damage that ignore the armor.

Even with just 3 mana cost and low stats at the start, Arganux Magus can grow into very deadly monster at the end of the match after getting 7 bloodlust on his side !
