I took the Health Assessment test some of the questions were hard for me to choose the right answer. I thought I would share my results with you.
Your Overall Health Score: 41
Body Mass Index (BMI): 17.16- I know this is low, no matter what I do I can not gain weight, I have been skinny my entire life.
EXERCISE AND ACTIVITY LEVEL: MODERATE- it was hard to answer this one because I do not exercise but I am actively working outside as long as my back holds up.
HEART HEALTH: Concerning- I am not sure why I scored concerning unless it was because there is a history of heart disease in my family.
DIABETES RISK: HIGH- I do not know why this is high either
METABOLISM: NEEDS IMPROVEMENT- ????
SLEEP: 5 to 6 HOURS- they suggested CBD oil to help with sleep, I started taking this a few weeks ago, and the nights I remember to take it I get more sleep.
HYDRATION LEVEL: LOW- I have always had problems with being dehydrated even though I keep a big glass of either water or lemonade with me at all times.
PROTEIN INTAKE: MEDIUM
STRESS LEVEL: HIGH- this did not surprise me, it is hard not to be stressed when my two youngest children are on drugs and live with us.
SOCIAL INTERACTION: LOW all I can say about this one is I am a homebody, I do not go many places.
TOXIN LOAD: LOW
