        I'm so far behind as well but will catch up in the next days ..

        I don't have any diagnosis because they basically gave me an IV with a medication for the pain in my heart and two more tablets (unknown which ones, they didn't write it in the paperwork, lol) and waited for the BP to drop enough to let me go.

        I've been taking an extra medication since Saturday and it's been stabilizing since. I work up with a BP I don't even remember ever seeing when measuring it in the past, lol. Seems to work well..

        But also been going for 2 walks a day in the afternoon and after dinner as well as paying attention to coffee intake, more water, healthy food. Have an appointment with the cardiologist next week and figured I'd monitor well so he has a clear view on what's happening.

        Since the BP is well, I have only had 1 day of pain in my arms (Sunday) but no heart issues anymore. Confident I can make a chance for the better..
