I've been away for a long time and the moment of truth has come: I have to admit that work takes up much more of my time than I'd like! So I had to cover for an employee's vacation and things went wrong! To make matters worse, I received an extra task that is also consuming me.
All of this is just work, and the ideal would be to leave everything there, where the problems belong. But that's not what happens, unfortunately we are human beings and we carry our defects wherever we go.
One of these defects is taking work home. We do this when we are emotionally exhausted, we deal with disappointments, excessive demands, anxiety. Everything for which we are not actually paid. And then the doors of medicine open, with medicines and therapy, originating from work cases!
Luckily this week will be different, I have some time off and the employee returned from vacation, which will be a great relief for me. Almost to the point of normality? I think so!

On the other hand, the same employee who is on vacation today was responsible for securing training for our department. The cost is high, and he fought alone (with my encouragement, of course), having overcome several stages to convince the board and finally the result.

This will be great for the sector, and we will also need to travel to the capital, which is always interesting, because during breaks we can enjoy life in large urban centers! I definitely liked that part.
Unfortunately, I am a little worried about the cost of living in the capital, because I will receive a predetermined amount of money for expenses, and since I intend to eat well and sleep well, I think I will need to put some money out of my own pocket to be able to stay well.

I did some tests with the free version and got some interesting results for decoding, analyzing, compiling and organizing a lot of old legislation that I have with me. Unfortunately, the free version runs out quickly and can't deliver more than one task per day. And the worst part: it unlearns and sometimes I lose the day (because it takes up data analysis and makes mistakes in the task).
I'm looking for a company that offers access to ChatGPT in an integrated way with other AIs and for a monthly fee (I don't like annual plans).

Estive ausente por muito tempo e chegou a hora da verdade: preciso admitir que o trabalho consome muito mais tempo do que gostaria! Então precisei cobrir as férias de uma funcionária e as coisas desandaram! Para piorar, recebi uma tarefa extra que também está me consumindo.
Tudo isso é só trabalho, e o ideal seria deixarmos tudo lá, no lugar onde os problemas pertencem. Mas não é isso que acontece, infelizmente somos seres humanos e carregamos nossos defeitos por onde vamos.
Um desses defeitos é levar trabalho pra casa. Fazemos isso quando estamos esgotados emocionalmente, levamos as decepções, as cobranças exageradas, a ansiedade. Tudo aquilo pelo que não somos de fato pagos. E ai abrem-se as portas da medicina, com remédios e terapia, originados em casuas de trabalho!
Por sorte essa semana vai ser diferente, estou com uma folga e o funcionário retornou das férias, o que vai aliviar bastante para mim. Quase ao ponto da normalidade? Penso que sim!

Por outro lado, o mesmo funcionário que hoje está de férias foi o responsável por conquistar um treinamento para nosso setor. O custo é elevado, e ele lutou sozinho (com meu incentivo é claro), tendo vencido diversas etapas para convencer a diretoria e enfim saiu o resultado.
Fato curioso pois quem ganha é a empresa, mas treinar funcionário
é visto como um custo (para algumas).
Isso vai ser ótimo para o setor, além de que precisaremos nos deslocar para a capital e isso sempre é interessante pois nos intervalos podemos aproveitar um pouco a vida dos grandes centros urbanos! Com certeza gostei dessa parte.
Infelizmente estou com um pouco de receio sobre o custo de vida na capital, pois receberei uma quantidade pré-determinada de dinheiro para custeio e como pretendo comer bem e dormir bem, acho que vou precisar colocar um pouco de grana do meu bolso para conseguir ficar bem.

Fiz alguns testes com a versão grátis e cheguei a alguns resultados interessantes para decodificar, analisar, compilar e organizar uma quantidade de legislação antiga que tenho comigo. Infelizmente a versão grátis esgota logo e não consegue entregar mais do que uma tafega por dia. E o piro: ele desaprende e as vezes perco o dia (pois consome a análise de dados, e erra na tarefa).
Estou buscando um empresa que reuna acesso ao ChatGPT de maneira integrada com outras IAs e com um valor pago mensalmente (não gosto de planos anuais).
