Greetings to all and especially to those of this community where I have the pleasure to publish for the first time and I was really looking for a community where to publish the walks that I usually do in the outskirts of my city and I found #outdoors.
I really love spending time in direct contact with nature and this time I decided to go to the waterfall of Juan Gonzalez located in the popular council of Caleton in Santiago de Cuba.
It is famous for its magnificent mountainous landscape and its turquoise waters of an incredible deep color.
An excellent place to exhale all the pain we carry inside and inhale peace, love and tranquility, a perfect place to recharge us positively and give free rein to the imagination, and is that even the most insignificant becomes sublime before such great beauty.
And it is those details that I really love to enjoy, those that give me new ideas and make me see life in a different color and the things that made me cry yesterday, I forgot them today, we load ourselves and we strive to fix the world, and the first thing we have to fix are our lives and our family, the little piece of the world that touches us.
I don't go to these places to bathe, I enjoy it in a different way. I rather like to contemplate and lose myself in the beauty of the moment, I usually do this kind of activity when I feel very stressed and I need to let go of the burdens and look for answers.
Nature has many teachings, you just have to know how to find them.
Observe carefully every detail and you will find it, let yourself be guided, as I do. And I wonder: Have you ever tasted anything sweeter and healthier than honey?
And if tiny bees can do such wonders, why do we have to be bitter?
Learning from nature, which is perfect, is my biggest challenge in this new year, to be a better person and to oxygenate my body and soul.
