Well... I have four smokers. I mainly use two of them.

When I'm in a hurry, I use the charcoal gravity smoker (shown above). And when I have time, I always prefer to use the offset smoker (not shown) which uses wood (yes, I stack firewood for my offset smoker!) and cooks and infuses the food with wonderful and delicious smokey flavors.
