Good for you, and looks like a good technique, but I'm strictly a push the button and cook 2 min later without the cleanup propane guy. Lol

I've grilled on propane in the past and it just isn't the same. It should be easier, but somehow it always gets messed up. I think it has to do with the fact that it doesn't get as hot as charcoal. It's harder to do the two zone thing too, which doesn't seem like it should be the case, but it is.
