Such a cool bar! They make they coolest stuff don't they? I love your collection!

It really is scary just how bad the economic situation is up there. How are these young people supposed to live with rent that high and salaries so low? It almost forces them to have a side gig just to eat anything other than Ramen noodles. It's a problem here too and I don't see things getting better any time soon. Plus out of control national debts, I'm thinking the world really has gone insane...

Keep stacking up those sats, gold, and silver, and congrats on passing 29K HP! Great job!

Scottsdale is creative enough to avoid copyrighted representations of known horror genre figures and that's a big issue as every film distributor is lightning fast in slapping on a Cease and Desist order. I suggested a blood red and black city-scape background, a gaunt figure in a business suit carrying a briefcase holding up a court order. Hollowed silver eyes. with the words 'COPYRIGHT LAWYER' at the bottom. 🦇
I've seen IG silver artists pour; Jason, Freddy, Elvira etc. but the batches and margins are so small, they weren't worth going after for damages.

I've set up my younger sister in my late Mother's condo so they don't have to worry about rent, just upkeep. She won't have to worry about rental inflation forcing her out for at least the next 5 to 7 years unless things go hyper-inflationary. 😮 I suggested to my sister to consider getting a Student as a roommate and earn say $700/month passive income for Room and Board since she has a spare room. Typical students often share a One bedroom apartment three ways to afford rent. Her condo is strategically located on a route between a Community college and regional University.

If things go Hyper inflationary, I've already set her up with 2 oz. gold and 50 oz. silver as her own physical holding on behalf of my Mom's Trust.
