These 1GR are simply too small to get a decent ping out of, I think size and geometry plays a role in this auditory silver test.

Indeed, the rounds/coins work best with the a ping test, bars can work as well just not going to have the same resonance intensity however this little bar is far too small.
I thought it would be cool idea until the silver price has gone up lots, so I'm gonna stick with the Maples and generic bars. DAC.
