I really enjoyed your review. It’s true, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a sound channel or anything like that; spiritual channels and videos can, whether through what they say or the tone of voice, help you relax or bring peace to the soul. I’m sorry to hear what’s happened to the channel’s creator, but with the support of his wife and all the people who follow and support him, I’m sure he’ll bounce back, we must remain confident of that.
I love the video about the rain, and it’s true, there’s nothing better than closing your eyes and imagining you’re in that cabin with a nice cup of coffee with milk, hot chocolate or perhaps a cup of tea, it depends on your taste. But it’s precisely what you mention, imagination, that allows the mind to escape from its problems for a while and soothe anxiety or stress, and channels like this manage to do just that. Como me ha gustado tu reseña. Es verdad no necesariamente tiene que ser un canal de sonidos o algo parecido, los canales y videos espirituales pueden sea con lo que dicen o con el tono de voz, ayudar a relajarse o dar calma al alma. Lamento leer lo que le ha pasado al autor del canal, pero con el apoyo de su esposa y toda la gente que lo sigue y apoya seguro que va a reponerse, hay que tener la certeza.
El video sobre la lluvia me encanta y es verdad no hay nada mejor que cerrar los ojos e imaginar que se está en esa cabaña con una buena taza de café con leche, chocolate o quizá un té, eso depende de los gustos. Pero eso mismo que mencionas, la imaginación, es lo que hace que la mente se vaya de los problemas por un rato y calmar la ansiedad o el estrés y este tipo de canales lo logran.
