Two brawls have run over the past week, and here’s a quick update on how my Guild performed.
Warriors, if you are not already in a Guild, join one — you would be glad you did. Brawls bring several key rewards into play: Crowns (earned by the guild based on overall results), SPS and Merits (awarded to individual players who submit at least 75% of their battles), and Gladius Cases (which you can buy in the Guild Store using the Merits you earn). For the records,the name of my Guild is NFG Club - Legion II. I so much love the support and mentorship there from fellow members.
After every brawl ends, the system distributes these spoils to participating warriors. Crowns help the guild upgrade buildings, while Merits and SPS go straight to active members. It is one of the best reasons to fight as a team.
Splinterlands is no walk in the park,but that's what amps up the excitement.A winning strategy weighs stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and beyond. That's why you must factor them all into your deck building.Toss in strong cards to boost your setups, and push hard to rack up as many victories as possible! 🔥
Here are the brawl results: In this first one, my Guild came third. I won all my fights, and the spoils were 48 Crowns, 2,100 Merits, and 22.143 Staked SPS for those with Spellbook.
For the one that ended yesterday, my Guild came second. I entered 6 frays, won 4, and lost 2. The spoils were 47 Crowns,2,506 Merits and 32.124 Staked SPS.
Moving forward, I checked how I’m faring with my SPS. It’s still quite small, but I’ll keep building it. Some good Samaritans lent me over 30k SPS, and it’s been amazing for accumulating glints in modern ranked battles. I had already accumulated 138.566 Staked SPS, which brings my total SPS to 1,256.417 from 1,117.851.If you ask me, my progress is still small compared to what I see on those veterans’ accounts. But I just want to enjoy playing 🤗.
Like said earlier there is no way you would talk about brawl fights, without touching on Merits. So I visited my Guild store to check what was there.I was having 4,529 Merits,and that would give me two gladius cases of 10 gladiator cards.
Nothing much, just a gold foil of Chimney Wallstop.
