Good day everyone and Splinterlands community. Today's Blog highlight will be the DIEMONSHARK unit from the water element Chaos Legion. Using water element and summoner Kelya Frendul for dominating in speed with armor. The strategy for the water line-up makes use of its abilities in battle and chooses its position in each unit.
KELYA FRENDUL
Adds 1 both armor and speed.
This card is an extremely skilled summoner that can combine the stealthy assault ability with Deeplurker to construct a fundamental strategy utilising melee that does significant melee damage. In most of the unit numbers, this element typically increases at a respectable speed. The most popular uses for this summoner are Diemonshark, Baakjira, Flying Squid, including a combo for Deeplurker, Uraeus, and Pelacor Bandit's stealthy attacks. Initially, I want to make use of this summoner's armor and speed, therefore I use the melee damage lineup or Range damage.

The rule set given is Explosive Weaponry, Lost Legendary, and Broken Arrow with 14 only mana-cap and the Death is inactive in this battle. I chose the water element because it dominates in speed and damage when it comes to this water element, and Kelya Frendul for I plan to dominate the first position of the enemy with my Diemonshark hoping it will retaliate, trigger Enrage ability, and then Trample ability. Also worth considering is that this battle has Explosive Weaponry with Diemonshark Retaliate it can do considerably huge damage to its adjacent if the opponent prioritizes using a melee lineup.
My Simple Plan Line up
First position - Diemondshark
- Act as a tank in the First Position and Enrage ability if triggered when it is not in full health then will also act as a main damage to my team.
Second position - Hardy Stonefish
- It will act as extra shield to protect my Chaos Agent and a tank if the opponent uses Sneaky attacks.
Third position - Chaos Agent
- Tank at the back of my team if the opponent uses sneaky attacks, this unit is a good choice because of its abilities, the Dodge and Backfire with decent speed can do incoming attacks to miss and counterattack.
Since this is 14 mana-cap this is what my line up comes in mind. Only my Diemonshark do the work and carry me to win this battle. will my strategy work with only Diemonshark carrying me? let's see and rumble.
Selecting a useful ability in this battle with a good amount of damage will increase your chances of victory in this type of rule set.
Am I gonna lose this battle?
Well, it is quite hard to decide in the first round because the opponent uses water element and kelya frendul, a combo with Chaos Agent in the front position, and Merdaali Guardian which is a pretty good lineup for a low mana cap rule set. Opponents line up prioritize of using sneaky melee attacks which is a good meal for my Diemonshark. My only concern is that my RNG luck if the opponent Chaos Agent is able to miss most of the attacks from my Diemonshark making it hard to win this match. Though I have Enrage and Retaliate Abilities that still need to trigger, a 50% chance to retaliate, a risky battle, I hope my Diemonshark does the work well in this match.
Now what's left is my Diemonshark, a 4 vs 1 my Diemonshark.
Thankfully my Diemonshark did its best to execute Trample, Enrage a chance of incoming attacks, and Retaliate. Making the opponent Chaos Agent and Merdaali Guardian easily Executed in the fourth round. The rest of my unit also did a good part in supporting my Diemonshark from the attacks of the opponent and blasts. With the opponent Chaos Agent is exposed and poisoned by enemy Uraeus causing my Diemonsahrk trigger Enrage ability when it is not in full health. The rule set also gives me a higher chance of winning this match because I don't have that many strong/op cards and the Explosive Weaponry which is a good combo for my Diemonshark. Did my assumption predict? While the opponent didn't raise the usage of magic attacks and the rules are often assumed, it is important to carefully consider your lineup and select cards that will increase your chances of winning every fight.
This is another simple strategy yet helpful for most of the matches in the water line-up element, feel free to check my other blog that uses Water hopefully, this could help you in the battle. 😊
Thank You! for being here, coming this far, and supporting me. I hope this will help you in some of your battles.🤗
You can share thoughts and ideas about what could be possible to use in this rule set.
