You can only realize how much you rely on legendaries when it gets taken away from you. There are so many ones that I often use in every match like Aves Sturgis, Adelade Brightwing, Zyriel, the Fiends, and so much more. So when the rule set Lost Legendaries come up, my strategy changes a lot.
But there are cards that I consider is at the legendary level even though they are actually lower in rarity. And this is just my opinion because of how useful they are to me. One of them is Corsair Bosun.
I can't think of a better tank support card than Corsair Bosun. He's got Reach so he can attack even when in the back, he has Reflection Shield to stop Blast damage, and also Cleanse to remove any debuffs received by the tank. It's a good all around card so I make sure to include it whenever Lost Legendaries come up.
But if there's one card that I really think can pass off as a legendary rarity, it's Quora Towershead. She's got dual type attack, Heal, Bloodlust, Immunity, and Dispel. I lost track of how many battles I've won because of the sheer dominance of Quora. The only drawback to her, and maybe why she was an epic card, is that she's a gladiator. But thanks to the reward card summoners, I can now use her anytime I want. So when it's Lost Legendaries and Earth is available, I first consider a strategy around her.
Shared Battle
My shared battle is a 53-mana brawl with Noxious Fumes, Holy Protection, and Lost Legendaries rule sets. You can check out the battle here.
Since it's Rebellion only, it requires a different tactic than what I was used to. I've chosen Blundin Overseer as tank and placed Quora in the third spot. My opponent on the other hand used a melee-enhanced Croire.
I'm a bit of a disadvantage since my opponent has all of his monsters equipped with attacks thanks to the Weapons Training skill.
Luckily, my Quora managed to deal the killing blow on my opponent's tank, buffing her with Bloodlust. But the poison damage takes a toll on my monsters and two of them fell in round three.
The new Rebellion-introduced skill, Flank, comes in handy as my Grimbardun Fighter sneaks in a deadly blow to the opponent's Grimbardun Smith.
The poison plague once again made its round and I was left with my lone Quora. She manages to trigger another Bloodlust by killing Ulundin Overseer.
Finally, it was time again for another Quora x Quora face-off. Mine was at an advantage though because of the two Bloodlust triggers. She overwhelms the remaining enemy monsters and the battle is won at round nine.
