Tactical Summoner, A Flexible Option for Buff and Debuff
On Splinterlands, all summoner was having a fix buff or debuff effect, but there comes tactical summoner with the optional buff and debuff to be used once the enemies done submit the team. This mean you can pick the best buff based on the enemies lane up, and counter the enemies strategy. Those Tactical Summoners are comes within the Rebellion Series, so if you want to try them, go check on the Rebellion Summoner series cards.
My Strategy With Tactical Summoner
Nomos is my chosen summoner, because he is pretty cheap compared than the other tactical summoners, and he could also help the fire splinters for the magical battle. But magic debuff is not the only use of this summoner. Nomos can give 2 team mates the dispel ability, which can help against enemies buff or bloodlust monster (yap, the dispel could erase any buff and bloodlust !). This shown how the tactical summoner can adapt based on the enemies lane up.
Battle Example
You can watch the reply on the link below, but I will give a review about it as well.

Here is the formation of both team.
This battle having 56 mana cap, with back to basic, no arrow, and reborn ruleset. With the back to basic ruleset, melee is having huge disadvantage and since archer can't be used, then magic is having a high advantage, and that is why I prefer to use the magic debuff from Nomos.
I decide to have a hard tank with high health point and armor on the front, followed with the magic force behind him. I have high magic spam in order to eliminate enemies faster, especially with those reborn effect that can cause the armor reborn as well.
On the other side, my enemies is chose to have 2 melee monster as a tanker and sub tanker, followed with 4 magic monsters on the back. There is 2 monster with 2 magic damage and 2 monster with 3 magic damage (before the buff), so I decide to reduce those 2 monsters with the highest magic damage by 2 points for each of them.
Battle Review
At the end of 1st round, my enemies already lost the tank, while my team still with 6 monsters.
At the end of 2nd round, both team lose it's front monsters. 5 vs 4 situation for my team.
At the end of the 3rd round, both team are losing the front monster once again, and we ended up with 4 vs 3 situation.
Now my enemies left with just 1 monster, while my team still have 4 monster !
A great victory for my team, thank you Nomos the tactical summoner !
Conclussion
Tactical Summoner are having an optional buff which can be chose once both team finish submit the team. With those optional buff, tactical summoner offers a flexibility to chose the strategy based on the enemies lane up and ruleset, so there will be advantage to counter the enemies strategy. With the right strategy, tactical summoner can be really usefull with their optional buff.
