Today, I will share a battle from the Fire Splinter with you. The featured card in today's battle is called "Exploding Rats." Many Splinterlands players tend to overlook this card, yet it is actually highly beneficial. The specific ability possessed by this card makes it incredibly dangerous. In my opinion, this card is excellent; however, there are also certain circumstances under which acquiring it would be futile. Today, I will explain this card to you in great detail. This was the first time I encountered this card in a Fire Splinter battle, and I found it quite fascinating because its attack power is equivalent to that of two cards combined. You will truly understand how this card attacks only after observing it in action during a battle. I currently own a Level 3 version of this card, which makes it exceptionally formidable. The ability I am referring to is called "Blast"—an ability that attacks enemies in a very unique manner, which I will explain to you in detail within this post.
Let me tell you what made this particular battle so special. Today, I played a battle using the Fire Splinter. For this match, I selected a card that is new to me—one named "Exploding Rats." Whenever this card launches an attack against the enemy team, it not only inflicts damage upon the specific target but also deals damage to any cards positioned immediately adjacent to that enemy. I chose this card specifically so that, in today's battle, you could witness its true power in action. It is an incredibly potent card. As you may have observed during the battle, I utilized several other cards as well, each of which delivered an excellent performance throughout the fight. Another card in my lineup—"Parasitic Growth"—is capable of striking the enemy team from any position on the battlefield, thereby significantly boosting our team's chances of victory. Finally, there is my powerhouse card: "Serpentine Spy." This card, too, possesses the ability to attack from any position; when you incorporate this card into your battle strategy, your team performs at a level that virtually guarantees you a win.
Let me explain this card to you in detail. This card has a Mana cost of 4. It possesses a Melee Attack power of 3. This is a Rare card belonging to the Fire Splinter. This card features the "Blast" ability. This ability functions in such a way that whenever the card attacks an enemy, any enemies positioned adjacent to that target are also dealt damage. However, one drawback of this card is that it has a Health stat of only 1. If any opposing card attacks it, it will be defeated instantly. You can essentially consider this a card that will only get to attack a single time. Therefore, while this represents a negative aspect of the card, it remains excellent because its attack power is exceptionally strong; it is capable of damaging two or three additional cards—beyond just the primary target—with a single strike. For this reason, I really grew to like this card. Upon leveling up, this card becomes even more powerful and effective in battle. I used this card in battles today, and I found it to be truly impressive.
