I am not a big fish in Splinterlands. In fact I consider myself a minnow. Why you may wonder? It is because that’s how I started six years ago in Splinterlands.
Looking back at my beginning I remember purchasing a spell book and it included an alpha pack. I pulled an epic Screaming Banshee. From there I was hooked.
Once the game rolled out it was no turning back. For majority of my days I have been playing the game daily. I admit not perfect at playing every single day but most.
Here is a snapshot of some of my best rewards cards through the years. I did once had a legendary gold foil but have traded it since and now here I am with what are second best.
From the beta series reward card like Manticore to soul bound reward cards. For those who been playing long enough they would know how far apart these cards are in terms of timeline in the game.
For years now I have built more and more to my collection and after six years I have amass close to 1.7million in collection power. If including the soul bound rewards and Gladius I am over 1.8million.
I like many been through the lows and the highs of Splinterlands. For those not aware I have been posting mainly on Hive for years and in past couple of years focused only on the game.
As of today it mostly feels the game is at a downturn. Let me just say this is how it was six years ago. Straight out of the packs sale there was not much hype or fan fair. In fact I don’t think the first alpha packs were sold out until Splinterland’s made discounts and giveaways.
Yet here we are celebrating our six years of play and now the developers are celebrating the occasion. This could be the start of a new bull run for Splinterland’s but above all I have faith that it will do well. I am so certain I can’t wait to play another six years.
Much appreciation to the community of Splinterlands for always keeping us in the look with latest and greatest news related to the game. Above all I am great full to the creators @yabapmatt and @aggroed for bring us together for the past six years in this amazing roller coaster. I would love to do this again in the next six years but wishing for an all time highs!
