Splinterlands runs on the Hive blockchain. This means anyone can see the history of activities across the ecosystem. Now over the years third party and in game developers have created a whole sloth of information history from when cards are bought to how much Splinterlands tokens were earned and spent. All in all there is a ton of information that is technically free for all to see. Yet for years I have yet to find a point of source to easily see battle history for free. There are paid subscriptions to see the data, but as a casual gamer I do not really want to invest into a subscription. Therefore I rely on generous programmers who is willing to extract the data for free.

I believe I have mentioned @kiokizz who developed Splinterstats. A free website where I always go to for reviewing end of season results. Its for free and all you have to do is sign in your account at end of each season and the site will pump out your season's personal data. What I have forgotten yet also quiet useful is the battle history data.
Under the site's Battle Data one can see history of overall season ranked battles. It is broken into format, league, and card type. There is also a way to filter the edition of cards and it is up to date up to current Conclave edition.
What is also really cool is that one can look back up to 2023 battle data. It breaks out which summoners and monsters are use percentage per the overall amount of battles in that particular time period.
Some interesting data to point out, current Conclave edition summoners are not really used in modern format.
Neither the monsters.
With all the buying of new packs it seems the utilization of cards in its first full season has just begun. Majority of the modern battles are still using Rebellion and its none other than Tofu leading the way for summoner and Venka the Vile for monster.
The data is useful because this can tell us which cards are winning combos by how often they are used. Of course it also helps with which cards are in high demand.
With that all being said there are some minor downfalls I see with this data but advantages out weight the drawbacks. There is no way of seeing personal data stats for free on the site. I wish I can see how many times I use my Arlic relative to how many battles I play. Another minor inconvenience is the user interface takes a bit getting use to as I currently using Google Chrome and its having some of the data miss aligned. All in all I still very much recommend people to check out the site as the best part is its all free.
