Hello Splinterlands warriors and welcome back to my blog!
Brawl update: We kept our second place ranking this week. Second place next to a top guild, Splinter Gods that took first place. Personally, I had a great result with seven wins and only one loss!
Guild Rank and Personal Performance
We stayed at second place which is a great achievement. The first place winner had a huge lead and unreachable in our current form. Maybe if we have more members we can sneak in first place someday.
On a personal note, I'm proud to contribute a score of seven wins and only one loss. The overall rewards were good too. Every guild member who joined in and contributed earned 6.1k Merits and 85 SPS for their effort.
Featured Battle
In this battle, legendary cards were not allowed. I used the Dragon archon and combined with Fire splinter. The mana cap is seventy nine so I put my strong high mana units. I had a strong dual tank combo in front including my gladiator card Chimney Wallstop. Next is Night Reaper, a magic card that can also substitute as tank. Fourth card is Grove Doomblade who deals five melee damage. In fifth is the orc Ballista Deadshot whose five magic damage can one shot low health enemy cards. Finally in sixth was Chaos Evoker, a magic card who has the Blast ability.
The enemy also chose Dragon but paired it with Water splinter. He also had a dual tank combo but his other damage dealers were not as strong as mine. This proved to be a huge advantage for my team who took the win.
