Greeting All Splinterlands Players
I hope we all having a great day today, as today is the last day for this season and the last day for the brawl submission too. I know everyone can't win because in every winning there is a lose one, so I can only hope that we all can enjoy our battles on rank battle and brawls today.
Anyway next week we will have the Conclave Arcana pre-sales. This is something that we have been waiting for a long time, and I think soon our Splinterlands posts will be dominated by these edition. I can't wait to see how other people joining in this hype!
A new foil, the black foil, with higher rewards than a gold foil. Absolutely wonderful, I can't wait to open some packs to try my luck in hunting them.
Although I have to admit some artworks are not suitable with me. It's not that they are bad, in fact they are absolutely gorgeous , better than old version cards. How should I say this? seeing a hypo with lingerie is a big no for me LoL.
So within the last week we should prepare some ammunition to get the presale packs. Anyway here are the list of presale packs information:
- 500.000 Standard packs, sold @ 4.000 DEC/Credits
- 100.000 Alchemy packs, sold @ 12.000 DEC/Credits
- 50.000 Legendary packs sold @ 24.000 DEC/Credits
I might buy a few Alchemy packs, but not sure how many. Hopefully when I get my payroll, I could buy them.
ok now let's get back to the main point of this post, the Ultimate chest. We get strayed too far due to the Conclave Arcana hype!
I am going to share something about rewards shop today. I will make this short and simple, regarding people already know it but some of them haven't realized yet or maybe forget about this one.
This time my rewards or Glint points has reached 300.000+. I think it is about time I should get something here. Initially I want to get a Gold foil Legendary, but due to Survival Mode... I am kind of lost in the space here.
I need 600.000 Glint poin for a Legendary Gold Foil card. I still thinking whether this is a smart move or just an ambitious one. Actually I am itchy to click a couple of Gold Foil there.
However I see some of my friends talking about this one. I am very happy, because they are returning players... People who have retired and decided to play again for fun. I know they are not here for forever, not even for a long run again, but I really want to help them get the best while they are back here.
So they have this topic... What is the most effective or efficient we can get using our Glint?
THE ULTIMATE CHEST
My answer is simple, it is the ultimate loot chests. It has the most value Glint points can give you back.
For specific reasons, I still go with Gold Foil shop, regarding I run a gold foil account. However value wise, nothing can beat what Ultimate Chests can give you:
That jackpot is the real deal here, it is 0.1% only, very small, but when it hits!!

Ok that's what I should say here, I know all of you could dig more yourself, but I feel incomplete if I share something but I do not do it for myself. So here I will show you what I get if I open 30 ultimatte chests for a complete 1 batch

Ok, this becomes worrying for me. They get worse. I can only pray the last 10 are good
Woah, the last 10 are awesome. I get 4 Legendary Cards there. Those 4 cards pay off all the cost for the chest.
See it for your self, If I buy legendary directly, it will cost me 4 x 35.000 = 140.000 Glints. So overall this ultimate chests pull is ok, not great but not bad, although in details the rewards are not into my appetite.
Before I close this all, I want to share two of additional info, which are my opinions about these ultimate chests:
- Make sure you drain your energy first. The odds for Energy is very high, 20%, so you will get massive energy return from opening this chests. As it is said that, I believe for you who do not play on Gold League or higher, maybe Major Chest suit you more because it gives less energy rewards. Lower league gives you lesser rewards so I see no points to get more energy because you will convert it to less SPS too.
- Loot chests should be a guidance to see how well you run the season. For a single batch, Ultimate Chests demands 135.000 Glints. It means you should be able to get minimum 135.000 Glints in a season if you play well. We should I aim this number to help us introspect our play in the season.
- I don't think opening a full two batches is a wise one. When you finish a batch, then stop it, change to other chests because the price is getting spiked up. But this is solely my opinion playing in Gold League, maybe you have different arguments, feel free to leave any comments here below.
