Hello dear friends of @holos.lotus, greetings and happy day, this time seeing the Post I really liked my friend @maylink and I want to talk about it.

I must say that if there are habits that, as they are carried out, they reach a point in which a concern arises as to whether what you are doing is good, if it is worth it, in short, they make you feel somewhat uncomfortable and that it is not what you expect, but when you are able to realize that it is what you want to change and improve, things, it is like what you do routinely you can give it a different touch that improves the way you do the things that you do or do on a daily basis and is more pleasant in it.

At least one habit that I have improved in the morning is drinking water, before I would stand up and practically go to the computer immediately, it was automatic, but now after going to the bathroom I get used to drinking water before sitting down, that early on helps a lot for my health and I change that habit that I previously had of simply not drinking anything until breakfast is time after settling in, now I feel that this helps me make my body feel better and I try to eat on time to also increase my health.

Also a habit that is introduced into my life is listening to music especially when I get stressed, before it always came and stressed me out, getting out of control, but now and implemented in that when I did listen to music for certain times, it relaxes me and prevents any stress that may be generated at work or at home, it helps me channel myself and feel better, since before I simply let myself go and that made me feel that my life was based purely on one stress after another and well I couldn't continue that way.

There are habits that certainly comfort you and make you see life in a better way, minimal things but that become fundamental to see what happens differently, which when you see something that did not cause you much contribution, you can change it, it is more pleasant and good for your personal approach. Another habit that I improved is at night, especially on weekends, I spent all my time working until late, although that helped me the next day to finish early and dedicate myself to other things. I have dedicated my time to spending time with my son, going out or watching movies with him, which makes the moment you have more fun and better, changes are necessary and doing things that add to you and why not to others, it turns out that life becomes much more pleasant.
