Los que hemos crecido en culturas judeocristianismo-cristianas hemos sido educados para entregarnos a los demás sin tenernos en cuenta a nosotros mismos. Eso termina pasándonos factura a quienes miramos un pasito más allá y nos cuestionamos las cosas. Que reflexiones sobre tu autocuidado es muestra de sabiduría y de amor propio, que no egoísmo. Y solo quien se quiere bien es capaz de querer bien a los que le rodean. Sigue así, consintiéndote vivir la buena vida que puedes permitirte. Un abrazo.

Those of us who have grown up in Judeo-Christian-Christian cultures have been educated to give ourselves to others without taking into account ourselves. That ends up taking a toll on those of us who look a little further and question things. That reflections on your self-care is a sign of wisdom and self-love, not selfishness. And only those who love themselves well are capable of loving those around them. Keep it up, consenting to live the good life you can afford. A hug.
