Today I join our friend's initiative on a topic that, without realizing it, can reign in our lives and gain ground. It's how discomfort can generate such great power for our benefit or be a notion of having a bad time in our daily lives. It can also be something to avoid, all of which prevents us from being comfortable in our environment.

Normally, when we talk about power, we mean that there is a power beyond the obvious, beyond a privilege, or beyond something negative, such as prejudice, a waste of time, or harm to our lives.

That's why we often find a performance benefit in favor of a usefulness at the mercy of our lives. A few days ago, I was working in such an uncomfortable environment that none of us here at the company was benefiting from it. Instead, I took the initiative to activate proactivity and assume responsibility for generating a change of atmosphere and thus manage to eliminate all discomfort.

Our workplace is eight meters long by five meters wide, which easily fits two desks plus all the filing cabinets and printers that stand out, and these days they added another desk and the place became very small and above all very uncomfortable to work causing proactivity to decrease, generating various problems, both professionally and personally, and it was there that the initiative was taken to reorganize all the tangible furniture and making the place a little more spacious and orderly, it's not that it wasn't orderly, it's just that everything was so close to each other that there was no privacy, and it felt like an uncomfortable place and above all it seemed that it was directly affecting the performance of the professionals there.

In our lives, there are always things that can make us uncomfortable, and that's why we must take the initiative. There are always solutions, and they are truly relative. You learn to manage and internal growth begins when you harness the power of discomfort as a great opportunity, an advantage in the process of change, driving family, professional, and managerial growth. The purpose of our life is to manage a life that prepares us for success and harnesses the power of discomfort to drive success in our lives.

Love is always a pillar for fostering growth in our lives, and that's why we need that feeling, and we need it to be genuine, without deception or anything.
