Amigos de #holos-lotus, deambulando por la columna "Reflexiones del séptimo día" de nuestro amigo @emiliorios, me encuentro con una publicación en la que Emilio nos invita a descubrir nuestras debilidades y solucionarlas a través de la ayuda de otros; especialmente en términos de tecnologías y adaptación a la velocidad de los cambios actuales.
Este tema me toca muy de cerca porque yo, como él, como mucho de nuestros contemporáneos, nacimos en un mundo analógico qué, comenzaba a mutar lentamente hacia la era digital. Esa primera velocidad era desesperante pero necesaria para que asimilaramos los cambios. En un abrir y cerrar de ojos esa velocidad se multiplicó y hemos tenido que aprender a volar para no quedarnos atrás. Internet, sitios webs, virus, programas, plataformas, criptomonedas, etc. Todo muy rápido. Pasamos de la enciclopedia a Google, a las IAs, a la era del dominio Ciber donde el que no se conecta, ni produce ni vende
Ya está, ese es nuestro mundo; y tengo muchas lagunas de aprendizaje para estar a la altura de un mundo que está a merced de las herramientas digitales
Yo: acostumbrado a diseñar mi trayectoria, desarrollar mis estrategias productivas, dominar al menos teóricamente, los escenarios que enfrento, me encuentro superado de repente por estos mecanismos y solo encuentro dos opciones.
1● Salir del ruedo: esta opción me ancla al pasado, me cierra la infinidad de posibilidades y ventajas que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías y por consiguiente, me reduce a los rudimentos de la era analógica y a un fracaso progresivo.
3 ● Asistencia: se trata de reconocer nuestras debilidades, dejar a un lado los complejos profesionales y pedir ayuda. Buscar a toda prisa la mano de aquellos que tengan el talento y la voluntad para mostrarnos el camino y echar a andar.
Seguramente te estarás preguntando si a este dinosaurio se le dañó también el sistema analógico pues salté de la opción 1 a la 3 no, no se me ha dañado nada aún; estás son las dos opciones que responden a un sí o un no respecto a aceptar o rechazar los cambios. Pero, para suerte nuestra, existe una opción intermedia para la cual reservé el número 2.
2 ● Transición: esta comienza en la etapa 1; un ser analógico perdido en un campo digital, que necesita transformarse hasta alcanzar la opción 3.
Este ser no abandonará las costumbres y saberes analógicos como por arte de magia, sino que necesita tiempo e instrucción para adaptarse a la nueva realidad.
Cómo hombre estudioso, escritor, amigo de la ciencia y el progreso; he estado siempre a favor de todo lo que implica avance pero reconozco que la celeridad y multiplicidad de los cambios me abruma. Gracias a Dios tengo tres musas que me asisten: mi capacidad para observar y aprender, un millón de hivers que desde lecciones silenciosas me enseñan infinidad de trucos para adaptarme, y tengo la compañía, la constancia y la paciencia de @maylink, que es mi asesora personal y yo el de ella
Mis métodos analógicos funcionan a niveles de creación y formulación, sus capacidades y habilidades, también dotadas de muchos saberes y del dominio y la comprensión de lo novedoso, nos ayuda a funcionar y a producir adecuadamente.
Es decir: aún no levo el ancla pero he comenzado a desplegar todas las velas.
