Hoy les presento mi nuevo proyecto que estada dedicado en primera instancia a esta comunidad, es una proyecto llamado Audio Podcast "Crecimiento sin limites". Aquí estaré desarrollando temas relacionados nuestra vidas cotidianas con la finalidad de reforzar ,aprender y compartir a cerca del crecimiento personal, yo no soy un profesor, ni un conferencista, simplemente quiero dedicar este espacio aquí en la comunidad y espero poder hacerlo constantemente.
Quise hacerlo en formato audio porque me parece mas fresco, para este tipo de temáticas, siento que cualquiera puede simplemente reproducir el contenido una mañana cualquiera mientras realiza su rutina de limpieza en casa.

Today I'm introducing my new project, which was initially dedicated to this community. It's a project called "Growth Without Limits" Audio Podcast. Here, I'll be developing topics related to our daily lives with the goal of reinforcing, learning, and sharing about personal growth. I'm not a teacher or a speaker; I simply want to dedicate this space here to the community, and I hope to be able to do so consistently.
I wanted to do it in audio format because it seems fresher to me. For this type of topic, I feel anyone can simply play the content on any given morning while doing their cleaning routine at home.
Mi mayor intención es fomentar el bienestar y saber las opiniones, puntos de vista, anécdotas entre otros, de los compañeros que hacen vida aquí en la comunidad y que incluso se que muchos deben ser expertos en la materia y podría aprende de ellos.
Para el tema de hoy como estreno del podcast, tendremos " Querernos sin pedirle permiso a nadie" Un tema que considero relevante, hoy en día la validación externa, miedos y falta de conocimiento en crecimiento personal no ha llevado a dejar de un lado la verdadera esencia del amor propio. Esto no quiere decir que no sea importante el amor al prójimo, pero ya lo dice el dicho, sino nos amamos nosotros mismos como amaremos a otros, entonces la tarea es entender la esencia del amor propio.
My greatest intention is to promote well-being and learn the opinions, points of view, anecdotes, and more, of the people who make their lives here in the community. I know that many of them must be experts in the field, and I could learn from them.
For today's podcast premiere, we will be discussing "Loving Ourselves Without Asking Anyone's Permission." A topic I consider relevant. Today, external validation, fears, and lack of knowledge about personal growth have led us to neglect the true essence of self-love. This doesn't mean that loving our neighbor isn't important, but as the saying goes, if we don't love ourselves, we will love others. Then the task is to understand the essence of self-love.
