Fuel on Moonkarts

I bet you already know about Moonkart games. This is because it's been buzzed recently. Basically, moonkart is a fun kart racing games where players can get rewarded by collecting colony on the track, collecting ranking points for ranked seasonal rewards, and collecting orbitals for seasonal orbital rewards. Players are challenged not just become the fastest, but also become precise to collecting the item on the track.

Just like the real race, beside the kart and driver, players will need fuel in order to start play to earn mechanism. The amount of fuel required are based on the rarity and level of Kart, driver, and the other parts that you use for the race. The higher level and rarity mean more fuel needed.

Current Fuel Demand Moonkarts

It's kinda hard to precisely define the demand of fuel on Moonkarts, this is because we don't have the market system yet for asking and selling for fuels. The only feature is the buy-sell channel on the arcade colony discord which you can reach on https://discord.gg/KMWm3Hbk

Here, you can find people are offering and asking for any NFT and fuels on the arcade colony.
So, how about the current demand ?

Well, for the past 3 weeks, I already sell fuel for 2 different people, and it was about to 3, but I don't think I'm going to sell because I still accumulating the fuel.

First I sold 115k fuels for 23k colony which worth around 25 hive at the moment.

Then I sold 30k fuel for 6k colony which worth around 6.5 hive at the moment.

And here another request but not filled.

You can see that people still looking for the fuels. I think this is because the rewards for playing the moonkart is still worth beside the fun for racing, collecting, and maybe rocketing people 😂

The current rate for fuel is 4-5 : 1 (4-5 colony for 1 fuel), it will be different based on the condition of seller and buyer. I was selling at 5:1 because I need fast money back then, probably gonna try to sell it at 4:1 again later.

How to Generate, Claim, and Selling the Fuel ?

First, we are going to learn how to generate the fuel. All you need is a card to get staked and 2 script for each of them.

You can get the script on https://hive-engine.com/trade/SCRIPT and the cards on https://arcadecolony.com/mkmarket or try making offers on the discord channel.

First, go to https://moonkarts.arcadecolony.com/play and chose the auto vault at the left of the screen.

Now click the stake button on the right side of the screen (because on default it will show the cards you stake, so on first time you will not see any cards). Then pick the cards you want to stake. For the example, I will pick the legendary kart here.

Now, click the cards (because there might be several copies of the card), and then click the stake button on the right side of the screen. You can see the expected fuel generation after the staking from above the stake button. For me, this would increase my fuel generate from 2295 into 2345 (50 fuel addition).

And done ! Congrats, you just stake a cards for generating fuel on moonkarts ! You can simply claim it from the "Claim fuel" button on the right side of the screen !

Okay, now how I can sell those fuels ? Since we have no market system yet, you need to offer your fuel on the discord channel. Once someone is interested on that, you can ask them to sell the colony to your account then transfer the fuel manually (or vice versa).

For transfer the fuel, there is the menu on bottom left of the screen

Then you need to fill the amount of fuel you would like to transfer, and the account you would like to send the fuel. After you fill everything, just click the transfer button on the middle of the screen. You can also pick it based on part of your available fuel from the right option (there is 25%, 50%, and 100% option).

Congrats ! Now you already master how to stake cards for generating fuel, claim them, and send them ! Ready to get passive income ?

What's Next ?

Well, I will take a look at the market for both packs and cards to see if there is interesting cards are available there, because I still think about getting more cards to stake ! I would probably need more script as well for them if it's exceed my staked script (I had some spare after thoughht that it required more script for staking the stake house den cards 😅)
