Crepidotus variabilis is a genus of fungi in the family Crepidotaceae, namely a species of fungus that has a small, convex to fan-shaped cap and grows on wood or plant remains. such as rice stalks, wheat and the like.

This one is fan-shaped and layered, has fins on the body of this mushroom. It has a flexible texture that is easy to peel when pulled. Generally, Crepidotus mushrooms are fan-shaped and flexible like this, white to gray to pale yellow in color.

Usually grows in moist media, in rice straw residue that has a low temperature and on rotten logs that contain water residue deposits in them. In conditions of moderate rain and in a row for several days, usually this mushroom will grow very quickly.
