Ganoderma.

in Nature Observer2 days ago

One morning I was walking through the forest The silence of nature and the calls of birds were calming my mind At that time I suddenly saw a strangely shaped object a colorful mushroom stuck to a tree I went closer with curiosity and saw that it was not an ordinary mushroom growing on the ground but rather firmly stuck to a tree Immediately I took out my mobile and took pictures The name of this mushroom is Ganoderma or locally many people call it Rekhamul Mushroom In English it is also known as Bracket Fungus or Shelf Fungus This mushroom looks like a hard piece of wood and since it has different layers it looks as if someone has placed one on top of the other like jute The first thing that caught my eye was its shape It looks like a semi circle or fan which is stuck to one side of the tree The lower part is smooth and almost white in color and on the upper part there are gradually layers of different colors brown dark purple and even a little reddish Because of these colors it looks like a painting by nature.

Again its structure is strong like wood so it is often mistaken for a part of wood But when you look closely you will understand that it is a living fungus or fungus This mushroom that grows on trees actually grows by taking nutrients from dead or weak trees and slowly rotting the wood of the tree This type of mushroom usually grows on trees in forests mountainous areas or humid forests It is an important part of nature because it breaks down dead or diseased trees and adds reusable nutrients to the environment In simple words it is nature's cleaner Ganoderma mushroom is considered a medicinal plant in many countries Especially in China and Japan it has been used as herbal medicine for a long time Many believe that it is helpful in boosting immunity controlling blood pressure and preventing cancer However we must remember that not every mushroom found in the forest is suitable for eating.

Therefore it is very important to be sure about the toxicity of any mushroom before collecting it While taking a picture of this mushroom I was amazed by its structure color and condition Especially when I saw the round spot at the bottom it seemed as if someone had made a perfect hole Seeing such a perfect design of nature fills my heart At that moment it seemed that these pictures are not just memories but a window to understanding nature Seeing such a mushroom in the natural forest is as rare as it is joyful. It is not only a beauty to the eyes but also a sign of the deep mystery of nature This mushroom growing on a tree teaches us how nature breaks the old and gives birth to the new Its color structure and position make us more respectful of nature If we look at nature with a little attention we will see that there are thousands of stories hidden in every leaf every branch and even a piece of mushroom stuck on a tree.
