It is a beautiful but terrible macro sized insect. Which I saw last few days ago in the afternoon in our institution rooftop. This is the most beautiful insect . and this is the common insect in our region. It was sitting on rooftop . This is a unique and beautiful insect. Then I did some photography of it. This is a Tropical Paper Wasp. I found this name by searching on Google.
