This is the most beautiful and terrible insect. This is a one kind of wasp. Yesterday when I was walking along our institution varanda then I saw it stuck in a spider web trap. At first I thought it was alive but later when I brought it with a small stick I found it dead. It's really sad because I found it in this condition. Anyway I took some photographs at that time. This is a Greater Banded Hornet and its Latin name Vespa tropica. I found this name by searching on Google.
