Today while walking in my cocoa garden, I found something interesting on a dry leaf. At first, I almost didn't notice it because its green color blended in with its surroundings. However, after I looked closer, it turned out to be a small caterpillar with a body full of fine spines.

This caterpillar is very unique. Its body is bright green with small black spots that look like natural "decorations". At the end of its spines is a striking orange color, making it look like a small armed creature. On its back is a shiny white line that looks like a small gem reflecting light.

After some research, this caterpillar belongs to the Limacodidae family, also known as velvet caterpillars. One of its distinctive features is their short and wide body with venomous spines, so I was very careful not to touch it directly.

NOTE: I first wrote the article above in Indonesian, which is my own language, then I translated it using English with the help of Goggle.
