A wonder of nature growing on wood
Today I took a wonderful picture with my mobile camera. The picture shows a group of small fungi growing on wood. At first glance, it may seem like a flower design painted by an artist. In fact, it is a wonderful creation of nature.
These fungi usually grow in damp shady places. They grow easily when moisture accumulates in old wood tree trunks. The color fungi seen in the picture is a mixture light brown and cream, which brings a kind peace eyes. Its spreading shape like fins reveals subtle beauty nature.
Fungi are an important component nature. They decompose dead plants and wood and return it soil, thereby increasing the fertility soil. It can be said that they work as nature's cleaners. Although many fungi are poisonous, some these species are also used medicine food.
While I was taking picture, I felt the soft touch fungi on the wet wood. When you look at exquisite beauty nature, it seems like we live in a world unknown wonders every day, but we don't notice it.
This picture reminded me again nature itself is perfect artist. With a little attention, we can be fascinated by its colors, smells, and rhythm of life.
