Bienvenidos a mi blog
Hola, mis queridos amigos de Hive y esta comunidad en donde queremos exaltar todas las efemérides del mundo y las nacionales, también aquellas que son consideradas efemérides, pero no están en tendencia, por lo que hoy les vengo hablar de este día. El 5 de octubre se celebra el día mundial de las y los docentes, fue tomado para exaltar la presencia y enseñanza de los docentes, así mismo para recordar su linda labor por todos los niños, adolescentes y adultos, una labor que demanda un amor por las cosas que tienen para enseñar, espero les guste esta reflexión y mi pensamiento acerca de este día tan especial.
El día mundial de las y los docentes es celebrado en muchas partes del mundo ya que sabemos que los docentes son esas personas que enseñan sus conocimientos a los demás para que estos tengan conocimientos óptimos para enfrentar la vida, así mismo para tener un claro futuro, porque dependiendo de sus estudios es que vemos hoy en día a muchos médicos, abogados, comerciantes, doctores y muchas profesiones que valen la pena resaltar. En Venezuela es celebrado por una pequeña parte ya que en enero celebramos el día del maestro, entonces lo vemos como poco irrelevante, pero lo mas importante es resaltar que la labor de los maestros es única en la vida, somos un gran gremio que lucha todos los días por enseñar a sus hijos, porque ene so se convierten nuestros estudiantes para nosotros.
Este día es celebrado todos los 5 de octubre, como el Día mundial de las y los docentes recordando la suscripción de la Recomendación de la OIT y la UNESCO relativa a la Situación del Personal Docente, porque sabemos la situación que se vive con este equipo, mas que todo en Venezuela en donde es imposible mantener este gremio en felicidad ya que nuestro sueldo no es tan justo como debería, entonces es difícil mantener un equilibrio entre escuela y vida personal. Para poder lograr una educación de calidad, es necesario tener un maestro bien con las mejores herramientas ya que ellos son pieza fundamental en la educación que recibimos cada uno de nosotros, es una labor muy bonita ya que nos enseñan y salimos adelante con los mejores conocimientos, entonces esta profesión debería ser respetada por todos ya que es el corazón de la vida del ser humano.

On October 5 is celebrated the world day of teachers, it was taken to exalt the presence and teaching of teachers, also to remember their beautiful work for all children, adolescents and adults, a work that demands a love for the things they have to teach, I hope you like this reflection and my thoughts about this special day.
The world day of teachers is celebrated in many parts of the world because we know that teachers are those people who teach their knowledge to others so that they have optimal knowledge to face life, as well as to have a clear future, because depending on their studies is that today we see many doctors, lawyers, merchants, doctors and many professions that are worth highlighting. In Venezuela it is celebrated by a small part since in January we celebrate the teacher's day, then we see it as a little irrelevant, but the most important thing is to emphasize that the work of teachers is unique in life, we are a great guild that fights every day to teach their children, because that is what our students become for us.
This day is celebrated every October 5, as the World Teachers' Day remembering the subscription of the ILO and UNESCO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers, because we know the situation that we live with this team, especially in Venezuela where it is impossible to keep this guild in happiness because our salary is not as fair as it should be, then it is difficult to maintain a balance between school and personal life. In order to achieve a quality education, it is necessary to have a good teacher with the best tools since they are a fundamental piece in the education that each one of us receives, it is a very nice job since they teach us and we get ahead with the best knowledge, then this profession should be respected by everyone since it is the heart of the life of the human being.

Dia mundial de los docentes
El ser docente es una labor de amor ya que educamos con el corazón, nos sentimos felices y ese es nuestro mayor logro, en lo particular les puedo decir que es una labor bonita que vivimos todos los días, escuchando historias, conociendo personas y lo más importante, dando conocimiento a un ser humano que en un mañana puede llegar a ser una gran especialista, quizás también un maestro, por lo que debemos hace las cosa con amor para ser recordado con amor. Desde mi experiencia docente puedo decir que estar en un aula de clase es algo muy bonito, es algo que sentimos en el corazón que no podemos explicar, aunque en mi país tenemos un índice de maestros en decaimiento, esto no nos deja fuera, más bien nos enfoca en hacer el bien por nuestros hijos para un futuro.
Saludos y nos vemos en una próxima publicación, porque las efemérides son importantes pare recordar la historia o proceso de algo o alguien, es por eso mantenernos informados sobre los que sucede o ha pasado en nuestro país o a nivel internacional. Es el momento indicado para felicitar a todos esos docentes que conoces en tu familia, en tus amigos y conocidos, en dar y mostrar importante por su hermosa labor, la vida corre y ellos seguirán siendo parte de nuestra vida y conocimiento, estoy agradecida de pertenecer a este lindo gremio y dar todo por los estudiantes. Being a teacher is a labor of love because we educate with the heart, we feel happy and that is our greatest achievement, in particular I can tell you that it is a beautiful work that we live every day, listening to stories, meeting people and most importantly, giving knowledge to a human being that tomorrow can become a great specialist, perhaps also a teacher, so we must do things with love to be remembered with love. From my teaching experience I can say that being in a classroom is something very beautiful, it is something that we feel in our hearts that we cannot explain, although in my country we have a decaying rate of teachers, this does not leave us out, rather it focuses us on doing good for our children for the future.
