#needlework
I have finally gotten to the last step in making this three piece. If you look at my face, you'd laugh. I'm literally grinning right now. It's not everyday you get to make pretty outfits and I'm glad I could deliver this.
Hihi and welcome to the last episode of this particular beachwear series. For those of you that are seeing this post for the first time I would give you a summary.
“Basically I got contacted to make beach wear. The client did not want tge regular mesh look that almost every beach wear so she dropped her insp and I got to work with making it. Msfe the bra top first. And the ruffled shorts second and as a last part of this series I just completed the mesh jumper shrug”
Now you are up to date on the three pieces. The thought I had on my mind was ‘I gotta show the full look to the community ‘ this looks so good as a pair. No doubt they look pretty as single pieces but together is a whole new level.
I do feel very thrilled. Because the first time she patronised my brand was almost two years ago. And she came back to order saying that she fit she made is still there and it looks good but it doesn't fit anymore so she had to opt for a new one.
This order was urgent and yeah I gotsuck in between I was running outta time. Dropped by @wongi house one of the days I was making the pieces and she helped out with making the ruffles while I slept.
It may seem like something little but it helped me so much. I progressed and I got some rest too. She was happy to do it. Finished up the part she helped with and laid it neatly on the side. I was so happy to wake up and see it.
Yeah I put it out here when I get help with my projects. She helped out with the short.
One of the rows of ruffles was made by her. Remember when I said it took 2 hrs plus to make one of those rows. Yeah she did that for me so this is a big thank you to my best baby 😁😁😁
When I finished this shrug. Sent the picture of the complete outfit to my client and she was giddy. I waybilled it and she got it same day [she's in another state] when she got it I was so happy she loved it and I brought myself here to show you my progress and say that yeahhhhhh I did another pretty fit.
I had gotten cloth labels earlier this year. So it felt so nice that I was able to put them on her outfit.
Made it look finer and more bougeee 😅 don't mind my ranting. I am just happy I could get this done how she wanted it and then she loved the finished look
