A while ago I saw a video about how to plan your schedule according to your hormonal changes.
I found this quite interesting because it made me understand a few things. One of them is an undeniable reality, and that is that you will not wake up the same every day.
Although this video was aimed at women, I think it also applies to men. I have several friends who have told me about themselves, there are days where they are fine, and others, not so much, just like me.
I plan a whole month, but sometimes I realize that I cannot fulfill it as I planned. The reason is that there are days when I am incredibly tired from the activities of the day, or when I am in a low mood due to hormones and other things related to the body.
The most curious thing about this is that little is said about it. There are always people saying that "you should organize yourself better." When in reality we are not robots, we are human beings and we have to be realistic, you are not always the same, every day will be different.
Just like these flowers. Today they woke up beautiful, but some days there are no flowers on it. However, it is always green and beautiful, waiting for beautiful flowers.
What I agree with is keeping good spirits, keeping them high, being optimistic, being grateful, no matter what situation happens. It is better to have a good attitude than to have negative thoughts.
For this, we must know our body, know ourselves and go through that period of self-discovery, which tells us many important data that help us in our lives.
I also believe that there are some ages where you can feel that you know yourself much more. In fact, when I was 20 I couldn't say this, now that I am 27 I can say it.
So, here we go, making more and more discoveries about life. And one of them is to be realistic about situations, in order to achieve my goals.
Being realistic... This is a bit difficult. But, you have to understand very well what it means to be realistic, and what it means to be pessimistic.
Both things are totally opposite.
I am realistic when I realize some things, like for example that I feel good today, but maybe not tomorrow. However, I am optimistic, and I know that I will do everything possible to make that day a good one, to do things well, and even better than the day before.
Being pessimistic would be to immerse myself in negative thoughts, and just stay frozen in that moment without doing anything about it.
There will be bad days, but your attitude is what will make the difference.
