I remember that story, how sad for the families. Those types of things are something that most kids would never dream up on their own, so I hold the media company responsible for presenting the information, but ultimately, the choice belonged to the child. We all know that young teens make foolish decisions (and sometimes adults as well) and peer pressure is hard to resist for many.

I can't even begin to put myself in the parent's place. After the devastation wore off, the fury would set in. Most likely I would have been in prison by now. Sad state of the world we're living in.
