I'll try to add a little - in Russia I encounter this every day. These degenerates are from 18 to 30 years old. The younger, the dumber. I suspect that this is the dumbing down of humanity not only in Russia but also in other countries. After 30, these people will occupy some kind of leadership positions and that will be the worst trash.
You treated her quite gently. Usually I deliberately ask questions that baffle them, with the subsequent lead to the fact that they are idiots. But even this they do not always understand)) Yes, there is smart, advanced educated youth, but this is very little. The Internet and gadgets hook them by instincts and completely block the brain centers (I don't remember what they are called). In general, we will not be bored for the next 30 years - it will be a lot of fun!

To be honest, I know very little about life in Russia, for the obvious reasons, but I am not glad to hear you too (and so many in your country) have to face this on a daily bases. Looks like there's a segment like this in every country and I suspect the situation is even worse in less developed countries.
I choose to be gentle with her, because this is a shop where I do my shopping on a daily bases and I didn't want her to remember me but I'm dam sure I'm not going to buy anything from her ever again. Better walk 20 minutes and go to the other shop.
In an ideal world, everyone should evolve both professionally and on a personal level, but I have the feeling some people are going backwards after graduating from high school.
