Don't give in to complaining

This year I made a resolution not to complain, it has been a challenge, I don't know if it is something psychological or that life puts you to the test but where I arrived people complain even for the slightest thing, if it is not the heat it is the cold, in the office cafeteria the kids complained about the food, not to mention the boss, I said God you are making it difficult for me, no hahahahaha.

However, in my thoughts I said well, who has never complained about work, food, weather, children, husband, family, neighbors or the cost of living?

Why do we complain so easily?

Maybe we feel sick and discouraged by the economic situation and we use the complaint as a valve to drain the pressure or our frustration,

Maybe we use complaining as a way to say I am better for the egocentric causing a personality clash.

Do you think this is a valid reason to complain?

It's been 21 days since I did my challenge of complaining here I am sitting on my couch doing my first balance of zero complaints I tell you that everything has happened to me hahaha, the most recent situation was on Friday I was going to work suddenly I heard a very loud sound in the front of my car had already rolled about 25 minutes a stump came out on the road all I said was thank God just want to get home, do not ask how I got without the rubber came off completely hahaha.

Crees there are valid complaints?

Recently a new boss arrived, I work in a military base, that is almost normal in that work environment, she arrived with a little hostile attitude and she has a temper hahaha, that gives me a valid reason to complain about my boss? surely you are thinking how can she not complain? Well, notice that no, because she has the problem, not me, when we change our way of approaching life you realize that complaining does not solve anything, on the contrary, frustration comes from there, backbiting, etc, etc, etc.

With all this I don't mean to say that we are going to live in an unreal world, just that what is the point of complaining? what benefit does it bring?while I was watering the plants in the garden a neighbor came up to me complaining about her husband who didn't help her at home or with the baby, that she was stressed out and after I heard her I said let it go hahaha she looked at me with a look like you are crazy hahaha... she told me no how do you think he is the father of my children he supports us and started to say positive things about her are you listening to yourself? Then why are you complaining? Definitely you have to pay attention to the things in life, complaining can ruin your life that doesn't mean that you are going to live in an eternal paradise, you just have to change the chip of complaining for gratefulness.

Sometimes I even read publications of people who complain, maybe I did it too, but this year I decided not to complain and to be thankful, actually I am moving away from complaining people who look for a dog in everything, that's exhausting.

Do not think it is easy to maintain an attitude away from complaining, it seems that when you make that decision life puts you to the test despite all the things that have happened to me in these first days of the year overcoming the complaint, what benefits do you get when you stop complaining?

In my particular case I am glad when I overcome a deficient situation like the one that happened to me with the car when I got home I felt happy even though the car was damaged when you complain you don't see the problem objectively.

Finally I have come to the conclusion that complaining not only hurts us but also those around us, complaining constantly can damage the trust that others feel towards you, do you think that by making publications complaining about your miserable life they will reward you? I leave that question there.

Happy and sublime Sunday thankful for a new day blessings 🌞.
