RE: Incompetency (Or Stupidity), Once Again

They simply don't listen and don't think!

That is very true. Most of them are burnt out and not interested in pulling themselves together, while others are just dumb.

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall and see your reaction when she dumped the cheese into the smaller container, and add insult to injury to tell you the container has weight, really!

Haha, better not as you'd have been shocked. I'm not nice most of the times, when I'm in a similar situation.

Yes I understand that they are not happy in their jobs. I think not one of us will react kindly to that kind of service.
I meant to tell you about the most amazing cashier I've ever met. Young guy, works in a health and beauty retailer chain store. He always is smiling, greets one as if you're someone special, and he's like that with everyone! Such a breath of fresh air, I told him one day how I appreciate his excellent service and happy persona. His smile became bigger, a real diamond, don't get many like that!
Have a wonderful Tuesday @erikah!

Awww, how sweet! I love it and am glad you have such a wonderful cashier to deal with. It's a very good feeling and rare too.

I have one myself, a lady close to retirement, at the dairy shop, where I buy cheese, butter and what not. She's so sweet with almost everyone, except the grumpy and rude. I love her, she always calls me sweetheart, lovely and so on. Plus she is always offering their products, like every seller should.

I'm wishing you a wonderful evening dear Lizelle!
