I don't have any information about that and truly hope they don't as that would be really wrong! I have seen where such a measure can lead and it's not nice.

        Totally agree with that !! Here in the UK the govt sets targets on lots of issues, education, national health service as examples, measuring like this in my opinion, detracts from value as corners get cut and create false impressions.
