When we talk about euthanasia and dignifying death, it is a reference to people with terminal illnesses that cause extreme physical and mental pain. Euthanasia allows them to die a peaceful and suffering-free death.
Another thing is that the Cuban government is incapable of guaranteeing a dignified life, and therefore it is very difficult for it to be able to guarantee euthanasia for patients who need it
