I like that idea of being able to both upvote and downvote proposals, which would indeed obsolesce the Return Proposal. I'd probably downvote it...lol! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I think a better option for that (especially if you believe your owned Hive Power is not large enough) is to convince other people on Hive (especially those who also !love to talk with you) to support some Hive proposals you like to support. 🤔🤓😏

While it's !INDEED true that convincing people on Hive about one or more specific Hive proposals would take your time, it's also an opportunity to increase your engagement count (especially with people you seldom talk with on Hive). 🤔🤓😏
