If two (or more) authors on Hive (especially those who are generally always active) haven't posted or commented for at least 24 hours, then I don't think that time zones are relevant for such inactivity. 🤔🕛🤯

If we're dealing with a time frame of 24+ hours of inactivity for someone who is usually active within each 24-hour period, then yes, time zones are less relevant.
