I faced out with such moment that in real life people can be different from their online image too. First time I faced out with it in times when ICQ was popular and we had chat meetings of our chat in real life. Also faced with such situation when visited meeting with other radio amateurs in neighboring region so I can understand this point. But you're right mostly people are the same as they online.
