Something new I learnt. Usually here in South India we either make curry with lentil or sweet porridge with jaggery. A very interesting share.

Sort:  

I have made it sweet before with cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg and cloves.

I would like to try it with lentils!

Oh really ! Great. Yes with lentil, but lentil should only be 10% of pumpkin. Add some coconut grinded with cumin. The taste is exceptional.
