Yep. I'm asking again, they told me they'll answer in 10 days. If they deny my vacation again, I'm gonna quit the job and I'm gonna report them.
That's okay, but don't make any decisions yet till you are actually good to leave and you got something better to leave to. They probably would grant it if they see you want to quit. It happened to my husband too, he worked for years before he got some months off. He still has to work and hold meetings while on leave🤷🏽
I've been thinking about quiting for a couple months now. I'm not very comfortable in this job, because it is far from my home. I really miss my family, specially my son. I haven't seen them for almost two years now. I can't be like this anymore.
