How much do you trust your country's government?

It is very tough to express in words, but governments should do good work for people :)
How much to me sounds like a clown question. I live in a developing country where the government has plenty of resources but continues to borrow from world bank. Instead of developing public infrastructure, they push in all that money to rig elections.
I have zero trust in them.
