Hive needs external funding, the platform is shaking 🫨, I am telling you that if prices go lower than what it is now, there will be massive selling, and it will just end up like Steem. Run ads and create channels of revenue to help this great platform. I only speak the truth.
The challenge is where we are in the crypto cycle -- if Bitcoin is down 50 percent, no major money will be coming into crypto, period ... but when it rises, the whole market will turn around. I wish that the powers that be on Hive would learn the cycle and have exciting news to lead into the upcycle ... but for now, there is little we can do but hold on and wait. Bitcoin's trend will not be bucked.
There will be no ads. Not on here. It defeats the project we have.
Also advertisers need to collect user data. Otherwise what are they paying for? Again, that defeats the project.

Our internal market is too small to change the price, the current userbase is about 10K people worldwide. It's not enough to attract any advertisers. Our devs are also overworked and underpaid to build new platform layers.
